Wheeee, another 1.4 in today, finally. Specialty takeoffs and landings.

I found short and soft field landings were pretty easy - or at least not terribly difficult. Short field takeoffs are pretty easy too. Soft field takeoffs are gonna require some work. It's just not natural to be pushing that much forward on the stick during takeoff.
